A Comprehensive Biographical Analysis of John Dunn, and his Colonial American Dunn Family Origins In September, 2023, my Dunn family genealogical research was published in the USGenWeb project's Families section , and three months later, I was honored to see it featured in the Genealogical Society of Rowan County Quarterly Journal , and recorded in the Digital Public Library of America . Since, I've upgraded and corrected some links, and broadened it's scope, to include John Dunn's ancestors, from Wales . This is a reitteration of my analysis, comprising historical and genealogical evidence, to directly address claims, made in published biographies, of John Dunn, founder of Rowan, North Carolina.
